Big Weekend

This past week and a half has been full of recuperating from surgery ( I slept a LOT!) and just enjoying family time with my husband and kids. My blog has grown so much in the short couple of weeks since I became active again that I regret going inactive. I just had such a full plate that I started cutting things out and unfortunately my blog was one of them.

Well, I am ecstatic to say that I now have my own domain: bookloverwrites.com and I will do my best to be on here often, posting book reviews and maybe snippets of my own projects. Of course then there are always the posts where I have to brag on my family or just have a random thought that demands voicing.  😀 So with that being said, THANK YOU THANK YOU, Scott from the OnlineBookClub.org for making it possible for me! (Have I ever mentioned how awesome the book club is? It’s awesome.

We took my kids to Chucky Cheese for the first time EVER! They woke up this morning still talking about all the fun they had, and what they liked best. This weekend was big and it was full of surprises and very good things. It was a reminder of how very blessed I am.

I hope you all are having a fantastic weekend! Happy Reading! 😀

  1. Hope you are feeling recovered from your surgery! Sorry to hear that you had to go through that.

Congratulations, again, on getting your own domain! That is so exciting. 😀

One of my fondest memories is having a birthday party on Chucky Cheese. I was a bit older than your kids (maybe 6 or 7?), but it’s so funny how that crazy mouse is still around!

    1. Thank you! I have to try not to over do it otherwise the pain in my lower stomach gets bad but it is what it is.
😀 It is! I was over the moon excited! Congrats with yours again as well.
Mine as well! I was about my eldest child’s age when I had a birthday party there. It was one of my dads favorite places to take us. He was like a kid there running around with us, challenging us on the games that were 2 player. It definitely made me nostalgic when we took my kids there the other night!
I know! My younger two were scared of him!
